What is the dress code?

We’d love to see everyone dressed up with us! The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional. Male guests may wear a suit with a tie or alternatively opt for a tuxedo. Female guests may wear a floor-length gown, cocktail dress, or formal separates. We kindly ask guests to avoid short dresses but formal hats and bright colours are welcomed. If the weather permits, the ceremony will be outdoors on grass, so please choose footwear accordingly.
What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2pm. If the weather permits, you will be directed to the outdoor ceremony area. Please allow sufficient time so that you can properly be seated. We recommend arriving at the venue for 1:40pm. The hotel will provide parking for any guests travelling by car. Venue: Great Fosters Hotel (Egham, Surrey)
Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding in advance.
What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We'll be serving canapés at the cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a 3-course meal. Kindly let us know your dietary requirements on your RSVP and we will try to accommodate as much as possible. Please reach out if you have any questions!
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

We kindly ask everyone for no phones or photography during the ceremony (2-2:30pm) so everyone can be fully present and distraction-free. Our professional photographer and videographer will be capturing special moments and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. Outside of the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you like!
When will the reception end? Will there be an after party?

Our reception will end at midnight. However, guests staying at the venue can continue the evening in the hotel cocktail bar!
Do you have a wedding registry?
